Esther Williams/Girl Howdy Swimwear Return/Exchange Policy
Orders canceled prior to shipment will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
In the event you find you need to return or exchange your Esther Williams or Girl Howdy swimsuit, YOU MUST email us at email@example.com upon receipt of your order to tell us that you need to return/exchange it, and to obtain an exchange/return authorization Please wait for a reply from us with instructions and a Return Authorization number before returning your order. We will accept returns that are postmarked within 10 business days of receipt of the order. Credit will be applied after the return has been received. Returned orders will incur a 10% restocking fee. Shipping/handling charges are non-refundable.
All returns must include the original shipping label, return form with order number and reason for the return on it. Acceptable reasons for a return include the following:
1) Suit did not fit properly
2) Suit was wrong style, color, fabric or size.
3) Manufacturer's defect
These restrictions also apply:
Suit must be returned in its original condition with the tag attached.
Suit should only have been worn to try it on once to make sure of the proper fit.
If you are returning a damaged or defective suit for an exchange, there will not be an additional shipping charge, but please include a note with a damage or defect explanation with the returned item. Otherwise, additional shipping and handling charges will apply on an exchange. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Returned suits will be charged a 10% restocking fee.
