Vintage Countess Mara Tie

HRH of men's neckwear, Countess Mara was one of a handful of women tie designers that emerged during the 1940s. Countess Mara produced exclusive ties, and often integrated her initials into the design. The pattern on this tie is soft and subtle, and if her initials are in this pattern, it's like looking for the 'bunny' insignia hidden on the Playboy cover. Have at it and don't go blind. Silk crepe de chine with a swirly print in mauve, azure blue, beige, gray and gold. Tie measures 4" wide at its widest and is 58" long.  Excellent condition.  $45
